Re: the barge bash. I now have a song stuck in my head from elementary school.

I've got a mule, her name is Sal,
15 miles on the Erie Canal
She's a good old worker and a good old pal,
15 miles on the Erie Canal

We've hauled some barges in our day
filled with lumber, coal and hay
And we know every inch of the way from
Albany to Buffalo.

Chorus:
Low bridge, everybody down
Low bridge for we're coming to a town
And you'll always know your neighbor, you'll always know your pal
If you've ever navigated on the Erie Canal.

I'm envisioning a golf cart stripped of it's body with a wooden tall sided stake bed, lanterns and old tools etc on the sides, a Model T like front end and spoke wheels. This would be a fairly light weight vehicle, we could carry cargo or passengers in the bed for added effect. Golf carts are designed for 4 passengers or two and clubs and a cooler. I don't think we'll be overloading it.

PS-We've also tossed around the idea of making it look like a subway car, that would fit in nicely with the subway station evaporator.
